Phase 2: Self-Empowerment

The second phase of the coaching process delves into the action steps needed to achieve the results you are looking for.  Using the tools, techniques and information gathered in Phase 1, this 10-session coaching package is where the rubber meets the road.   The mantra for Phase 1 was Commit and Study.  The mantra for Phase 2 is Practice and Internalize.  This is the part of the process where behavior change takes place.  Now that you understand the “thing behind the thing”, you are ready to start implementing the changes in a safe, effective manner to quickly achieve the results you are looking for.

In Phase 2, you will learn how to:

  • Identify the top three areas of your life that you’d like to improve/change and have a plan for achieving the changes you seek
  • Learn the root cause of your ineffective behaviors, negative thoughts, and habit patterns
  • Learn why you keep repeating those same behaviors despite applying your willpower. Learn how and why you sabotage your own success
  • Learn how to identify and process your emotions before reacting and/or making ineffective decisions
  • Develop humility and cultivate empathy for others
  • Learn what your top three negative (unconscious) beliefs are that are causing you to experience the same situations over and over again in your life

This 10-session series can be done in person or over the phone.  The sessions will be held weekly for one hour with a series of homework assignments to be completed in between sessions.
